# Can’t use visual editing

 * I’m not able to edit in visual mode. When I click on visual, it continues to 
   show the code as it does in text mode.
 * We have not added any plugins or made any changes for about a month. It worked
   fine at that point.
 * WordPress 6.2.2
   Beaver Builder 2.6.3.2Avada Theme
 * Any help will be appreciated.

 * Is it on all pages or just one page?
   If it’s all pages, then I’d suggest proceeding
   with a plugin conflict check and then a theme conflict check if the plugin conflict

 * You can use the plugin [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   and enable troubleshooting mode if you can’t do the conflict check as listed 
   in our docs on your live site and you don’t have a staging site.
   If it’s just
   one page or just some pages, then I’d recommend trying safe mode to see if that

   Safe mode prevents the content from rendering but you can still edit. If this
   works, then we know it’s something you’ve entered into one of the modules or 
   elsewhere in the BB UI causing the problem. In that case, please provide a URL
   to a specific page or post with the problem.

   I’ll do the plugin check. I’ll be back if I need more help.

 * Thanks for your help. Clearing the BB cache worked.
