# Can't use "Sharing" component Error code: -32601

 * For the past few months we’ve tried setting up social sharing from Jetpack on
   our WordPress site running Divi 2.6.4.1. We’re able to set up the WordPress.com
   connector, but when I try to connect Twitter or Facebook I get error code -32601,
   which we can’t find any record of online.
    We’ve gone through several updates
   on Jetpack to no avail, any help would be greatly appreciated. The site is: frenchhour.
   com.

 * Hi there! Could you try reconnecting your social accounts, following these steps?:
 * 1. Visit [https://wordpress.com/sharing](https://wordpress.com/sharing)
 * 2. If prompted, select your site from the list
 * 3. Click the “Disconnect” button next to the connection that isn’t working
 * 4. Click the “Connect” button to reconnect your account
 * 5. Repeat for all connected accounts as needed
 * Then, see if the issue persists. Please let me know how that works for you, and
   we can go from there!

 * hello, I have the same problem, when I got to [https://wordpress.com/sharing](https://wordpress.com/sharing)
   there is a word it says ‘There was an error retrieving your site settings.
    Make
   sure your Jetpack is up to date’ even tho my jetpack is already updated and still
   I can’t connect all the social account. please help
