Can't use multilingual meta description

Hi ,
i am trying to figure out how to use different language of meta description for my pages and i still didn’t find any solution. I have read old posts about this issue . I still can’t get it. Most of the posts are saying about using [:en] and [:el] etc .But on the snipset i can see the both languages and that wouldn’t be nice when the results will show up like this on google search.
Do i miss something? I have noticed that when i press the arrow next to the title , it does change the title according to the second language but it does not change the meta description. it is like it can not save meta description.
Does anyone having similar issue?
i have also the following plugins : 1. qtranslate and 2.Integration: Yoast SEO & qTranslate-X.
I really need your help. I am not very familiar with these but i am willing to learn as much as i can.
