Can't use Javascript onclick function in a post?

    Hi,
    I have been asked to include this in a post on a blog:

    However, WP strips out the javascript onclick from the post. I have searched a lot on these forums and found some info in the codex but that only talks about calling an actual javascript (from a URL)… is there anyway to just make an onclick behavior work in a post?
