Can't use Easy Populate (EP)

Greetings. I’ve been using this plugin for a few days and would like to import several items using the EP option. I try to export the existing items in my store but when I open the exported spreadsheet, the headers are there but the fields that should contain the data are blank. The EOREOR is there. I haven’t tried importing yet as I didn’t want to sink what I have already in place.

Question is, how can I get a good export of my existing inventory and how to add items to my store?

I’ve tried the Build File option with several of them boxes selected and also tried the quick links. If I use the “Complete” option, the spreadsheet fails. If I use the other options, the two test items I have listed show up in the spreadsheet export. That doesn’t help me compare what I have in the inventory to what I want to add (what fields I need to populate).
