Can’t use credit card field during mobile checkout

    The input field does not work when going to checkout on mobile. I’ve tried solutions from other forums (ie changing theme to Storefront and disabling plugins) with no luck. Thank you for your suggestions/help!

    Sorry to hear about that, I was checking and I could see the issue on mobile view 🙁

    To get a better understanding about your site’s setup, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it by navigating to WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Then you can include the report in your response, thanks.

    Hi @cpham2 👋

    Thanks for sending over your system status.

    Can you confirm you deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce? At first glance, this looks like a theme/plugin conflict but it could also be caused by your PHP version. We recommend PHP version 7.4 or greater – https://woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/.

    I also noticed your checkout page is not using the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode. Can you set up a new checkout page using the shortcode and let us know if Square credit card form appears on mobile view?

    Ideally, you’d do this on staging. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
