# Can’t upload using admin control panel

 * When I try to upload photos using the admin panel I get this response:
 * he uploaded file could not be moved to C:\Inetpub\vhosts\jamjia.com\httpdocs\
   blog/wp-content/uploads.
    WordPress 102
 * What could be going on? I’m running ISS on windows 2003 server using plesk 8.1.1
 * Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated.
