Can’t upload themes

    I have tied to upload WP additional themes to my site through filezilla but everytime i click to quickconnect using filezilla i get a message saying “cannot connect”.

    I believe that I have inserted my correct info to connect in the filezilla boxes, i.e. address, username, and password but it still won’t let me connect.

    Can you help with any suggestions?

    You need to read more on how to connect to your site via FTP. For example, your URL probably starts with http://ftp.—-

    check the documents from your hosting provider. Nobody on here really can help you without you give us too much information which could be abused.
