Can’t upload PDF

    I have been unable to upload PDFs using your plugin since October. It worked fine before that and all the sudden stopped working. All I get now is a Failed to add document at the top of my screen. I have tried deleting some thinking there was a limit in the free version, I was at 255, but that didn’t work. I need this working.

    Hi Andrew,

    Please deactivate the plugin and re-activate it again to see if it would fix the issue? DONOT uninstall, otherwise you’ll lost uploaded files.

    We supported a free version user and he has sorted it out. Not sure is that you and we paste the mail here for reference.

    I found it, it’s about the server limit to upload a document on a website. And now I can’t find a solution to compress a pdf format from 4MG to 2MB.
    I have a limit of 2MB, before it was more than that.

    Deactivating and reactivating it fixed the issue. Wish I would have tried that before lol. Thanks,
