Can’t Upload new theme.

When I try to upload the files for a new theme to my host it loads “ghost” or empty files. I can see all the names of the files but the size is 0kb on all of them.

(This is the Tiga theme that I downloaded from http://www.shamsulazhar.com/wp/archives/31)

When I do a test, I can upload a Test.txt file to the same place with no problem.

I’m thinking this is some sort of permission problem maybe? Or something like that, but I have run out of things to check.

I’ve already spent an hour with tech support at my host. It’s not the host or the internet connection.
