cant upload images, plugin conflicts

Hi guys, after the recent wordpress update i seem to be having alot of problems with plugins conflicting ie. im using wmpl / yoast seo / visual composer. In order to make page edits im needing to deactivate yoast seo as its causing visual composer to to load. Im then having to change the permalink and go back to post name as its causing my sitemap to 404 once the plugin is reactivated.

I didnt have any of these issues before so im assuming theres a few bugs.

Im also not able to upload any images it just says error try again later and thats even when all plugins are disabled so struggling!!
