I am having the same issue – is there some kind of answer from the developers? We did not do anything differently to the site- has not worked for a couple of days. I uploaded the plugin again but nothing changed. Could this be a bug?

I have that problem when I’m on a 3G network. Using a VPN seems to fix it. I think there’s much less packet loss with encryption.

Really great idea but I don’t see anywhere to submit a ‘ticket’. I had looked on their site as well, and it all seems to come to this forum or am I missing something obvious? thanks for your suggestion by the way
Ever since web address details have been updated I can no longer add images to my portfolio. A typical url is: http://picklescreative.co.uk/?attachment_id=242
The images do get upload and I can preview them but they don’t appear in the actual port olio (a square with a question mark).
Does anyone know how to fix this please?
