    Hello @willoftheweb

Our gallery should work with that PHP version.
Let’s check if there is an existing conflict with another plugin or your theme first.

1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.

2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.

3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Hi

Already did all that and the problem persists. Tried it on another installation of WordPress and the problem is there also.
Changed down to WordPress 7.0 and the issue is there also.

    Hi @willoftheweb,

Can you please try to completely delete NextGen Gallery plugin then install it again ( no worries about the already existing galleries and settings – those would be safe )

    Hope this helps
