Can't upload files

    I installed this on a local version of my site and it worked great, but on the live site, I don’t seem to be able to upload files or create directories. For directories I get the error “Sorry, there was a problem creating that directory for you.” and for file uploads I get the error “Sorry about that, but file.jpg could not be uploaded.”

    Any ideas what might be the problem?

    Probably permissions.

    Hi,

    What a plugin ! Thanks for this huge work.
    I have the same issue, I’ve checked permissions on server and they are set to 777 I have the same message “Sorry about that, but file.jpg could not be uploaded.”
    I am connected as admin.
    There are some others permissions to set ?

    No, I don’t have any idea. File Up works fine on 95% of installations, so it’s going to be an issue with your server or your setup, and I would need access to troubleshoot it, and frankly, I’m extremely busy for a while. I’d recommend asking a friend who codes, or hiring someone, to take a look at it for you. Good luck!
