Can't upload any images… HELP!

    I can’t upload or edit any images … I click the add media on posts, but it does nothing. I checked my theme (Ovid) and it says: Please change the path /hermes/waloraweb002/b437/suburbancc/wp-content/themes/ovid chmod to 755 otherwise all images might not display correctly. You can ignore this message if you have already changed it to 755.

    Is this causing the issue? My media library is also empty…

    It sounds as though this is a file permissions issue. Right now you don’t have permission to upload anything into the /uploads/ directory.

    The easiest thing might be to ask your hosting company to fix it, but you should also be able to change the file permissions via FTP or in the file browser in your cPanel. Right-click the /wp-content/ folder and make sure the permissions are set to 755.
