Can't Upload A WordPress Theme!

    Hi. I am new to wordpress and I am trying to upload a free theme from wplook.com Here is the theme I am trying to upload: http://wplook.com/blogolife (The free version)

    I push the free download button and it downloads on my computer. I then go to my wordpress site, click on install themes, and there to upload. I click on browse my computer and I select the file, I select the file and push install. This is what happens:

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    Destination folder already exists. /home/reil86/public_html/agirlsreflection.com/wp-content/themes/blogolife/

    Theme install failed.

    Can somebody please help me! Thanks so much.

    I recommend you contact the theme’s vendor.

    Thanks, I did. Hopefully, somebody will help me. Just in case somebody else has had a similar problem and sovled it, please let me know! Thanks.

    Re-upload an unpacked, copy of the theme’s folder to wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    How do you use the file management application of your host? Sorry I am new. Thanks for your help.

    I just did, but they might not reply until Monday. I really have no idea how to upload the theme to the FTP.

    Do you have an FTP password, etc.? Only your host can give you that information – so without it, there’s really nothing anyone here can do to help.
