# Can't upload

 * When I’m trying to upload something in media gallery, there’s an error display“
   An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” then the image will
   look like a dark gray square.
 * How to fix this?

 * Hi tenkepadu,
 * First try with deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, activate
   them one by one until you find the cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme
   to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
 * Provide us following details if above suggestions do not work:
 * Size of the Image
    Image format Exact WordPress version Lastly installed themes
   and plugins

 * Size of Image: 1.30MB
    Image format: Jpeg Wordpress 4.2.2 New plugin installed
   today
 * I encountered this problem since last week. First I got an error “http error”.
   I double check the PHP ini and the max size upload is 1024M. I laready clear 
   the cache and test in another browser but there’s no luck 🙁
