Can't Upgrade Multisite to 3.9

    When I try to update my multisite to 3.9 I just get a blank screen.

    Essentially I go to Updates\Available Updates and see a button for ‘Update Now’.

    When I click it I see the menus but the right hand pane is completely empty.

    I am currently on 3.8.3 and have been keeping my site up to date without issues previously.

    Has anyone else seen this issue or have any tips?

    I just disabled all plugins and tried and it worked so must have been a plugin conflict somewhere.
