# cant upgrade automatically – help

 * I’d like to upgrade my WordPress version, i’m on 2.8.4. When i try to automatically
   upgrade i’m presented with a screen and an error message saying that “There was
   an error connecting to the server, Please verify the settings are correct.”
 * Please help not sure what settings i’m suppose to answer and i’m falling behind
   in software currency here!!!!

   to upgrade the memory – a common problem with 3.3.1

 * Actually it’s a common problem in moving from 2.x to 3.x
 * Once you’re on 3.3, you won’t see it anymore.
