can't upgrade to PHP 5.3 because locked out

    I started to update the Portfolio Slideshow plugin when my computer shut down. Now, I am completely unable to access my site or login.

    When going to my website http://www.wallsofivy.com you see this on the screen:

    Portfolio Slideshow requires PHP 5.3 or higher. Contact your web host or system administrator to upgrade the active version of PHP on your site.

    Only I can not upgrade to 5.3 because I am completely locked out of the site. Can you help please?
