I do not know where the folder is located. If I have to make a folder or file, where do I go to do that?

I tried this and it did not fix anything that I am aware of.

I don’t know how to do a backup, I don’t know how to change the files. I just don’t know Word Press at all but I am willing to TRY TO HELP THIS MAN until I get it out of the hole.
