# Cant update plugins

 * Hi I have WP Casa Oslo, and it works well – but I cant update my Favourites, 
   listing label, price converter, etc plugins even though they are all active. 
   I get a message saying I am not authorised for the plugin update.

 * thank you very much for your message and deeply sorry for the late response here.
 * Lately we receive quite a few reports of this license activation issue. We’re
   currently checking on that and will hopefully release a fix for this as soon 
   as possible. In the meantime you can try to enable your sites from [here](https://wpcasa.com/account/licenses/)
   by clicking on “Manage Sites” on each of your license keys and adding your site
   URL, or direcly download the ZIP files from [here](https://wpcasa.com/account/downloads/)
   and update them manually, if this would be an option for you until we’re able
   to fully resolve this issue.
