# Can't update plugins

 * Hello Everyone,
 * I keep getting this message when I try to update my plugins:
 * An error occurred while updating Akismet: Download failed. error:0D0890A1:asn1
   encoding routines:ASN1_verify:unknown message digest algorithm
 * I’ve contacted my provider an they updated my server installation. But I still
   can’t update my plugins. Any idea ?
 * I saw there are a couple of other posts on this but to avoid creating havoc, 
   I started my own topic. Hope you can help me & always grateful for any support.
