# Can’t update plugin

 * Hi I am trying to update your plugin but it keeps erroring with the following
   message:
    Update Failed: Could not create directory. stackable-ultimate-gutenberg-
   blocks/src/components/__experimental-multi-post-picker-control
 * My current plugin version is 2.6.1 and trying to update to 2.9.1.
 * I tried to manually add this directory to the plugin folder and then click update
   but still received this error.

 * Hello, this might be a permission error in WordPress. Kinsta has a great article

 * You can also try uninstalling Stackable then deleting it entirely, then reinstalling
   a fresh copy of the plugin.
