After 3.3.2, we are unable to install any new version. We tried to

    1. Update - No success
    2. Disable - No success
    3. Delete files and re-install - No success.

When we try to update it just goes to the homepage of the blog and nothing happens.

Any help to identify the issue is much appreciated.

    Hey,

thanks for getting back to me and for the link! I have checked out your blog and if I am not mistaken you have our related posts disabled/removed?
What ever the case, I have a suggestion for you - try to manually install the new version (if you haven't tried this already). On this page: http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-23-related-posts-plugin/developers/ you will find all the versions, download the current one, save it somewhere on your computer and then upload it by going to "Plugins"-> "Add new"-> "Upload"-> install, activate.

Please let me know how it goes, take care and have a nice day,
    Petra

    Petra,

We tried everything, including fresh install.

If you see this video, you can check even activation doesn't work - it takes to the blog homepage.

    Thanks,

    Hey Benny,

thanks for the video, it really helped a lot! For example I noticed you have "WordPress Firewall" plugin installed. As soon as I have install it on my side, I couldn't activated our plugin. So, to update our plugin, disable the WordPress Firewall plugin, update and then re-activate it. It should work!

Please let me know how it goes,
    Petra

I disabled WP Firewall The moment as per your instructions, it worked. Great! Thanks a lot.
I was able to update the plugin too and got the glory back. :-)

    Benny

PS: I will give a twit and FB post about the plugin and support by Zemanta.
