Can’t update firewall due to security; Update via FTP?

    Is there any way to update the firewall rules via FTP, or to make WordFence ask for FTP credentials when I click the “Manually Refresh Rules” button? Our site’s security is too strict and will not allow the plugin to update without FTP credentials.
