Can't uncheck to show event categories

If I un-check event categories under “Choose which taxonomies you want to see listed as search options on the calendar.” it won’t save it.

Keeps it checked no matter what.

I will have to suppress the display of the category drop down using CSS because I don’t want to edit the plugin code itself.
