I Received this message from suport:
Thanks for getting in touch. Does your hosting use any mod_security settings.? Please contact your hosting provider to exclude UM settings url from the mod_security firewall if they have any. Also go to your wp-content->Themes->Your child theme/ theme folder and make sure the file permission is at least 755. UM saves the email templates inside the theme folder->ultimate-member folder. You need to make sure that these folders have write permission to make it work.
Hi @pedrocosta1974,
What version of the Ultimate member you have installed?
Can you save/enable other email templates?
Do you have any security plugins active?
Can you please try to disable all plugins except Ultimate member and switch to the default theme and see if this issue goes away?
Regards.

1. I’m using the last version (2.1.5)
2. I tested other emails and it worked. I used Gamipress e-mail template.
3. I tested to disable all plugins and still not working.

I solved the problem by calling the host support and ask than to whitelist on modsecurity the URL of Ultimate Member Settings.
Now it is working.
In my case, I use Namecheap host.
