Sorry for the delay, thanks for the feedback..
Regarding the discount labels, pricing table texts, we are saving the values as default wordpress options values. You can change the texts from settings (Pricing Rule -> Settings -> Discount Label, Pricing Rule -> Settings -> Pricing Table)

I’ve got only 1 language = Russian
WPML plugin was not installed

The plugin might be showing the default labels (if no labels are set), please change the same from the settings section (Pricing Rule -> Settings -> Discount Label, Pricing Rule -> Settings -> Pricing Table)
