Help me
I cann’t add membership level.
I used eduma theme and install all with document setup.
but i have problem od your plugin. i’m sure is this plugin because i tried more and test used membership pro plugin with default theme wordpress same as problem.

Can do you cheack this for me?
How i can complete to use plugin?

I see you have a thread from a few days ago regarding this. As Jason mentioned it could be a an issue with your database (most likely).

Could you please send through any error messages you receive?

Please let me know about any errors that may occur.

Unfortunately it goes against the WordPress.org policies to get login details whatsoever and I can only assist you via text on this support channel.

Please consider opening a support thread on http://www.paidmembershipspro.com for a more thorough support experience.

Once I have the debug log, I will be able to tell you where the issue is occurring.

Purchase not good idea.
I purchase theme eduma from themeforest and disable all plugin.
I think problem from PM Pro plugin.
Because i tested PM PRO with defualt theme wordpress as same.

Please, cheack bug of plugin.

Unfortunately I do need the debug error log in order to see where your site is going wrong as this is a site specific issue.

Please follow this guide to enable debug logging and let me know what errors you see in the debug log (You will need to enable debugging and then recreate the issue in order to log the error) – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/how-to-enable-debugging-on-you-your-wordpress-site/
