can’t take quiz error

    My users are having trouble taking the last quiz on a course… because it tells them they’ve completed the course and can’t take the quiz.

    What do I need to change to make this go away?

    It shouldn’t be saying this.

    There are three lessons, with a quiz at the end of each lesson. The third lesson does not show a complete button and does not allow them to move on to the last quiz.

    Hi tinofave,

    Because the course duration is expired.

    The user will need to re-enroll the course to access those content.
