    We’ve literally wasted hours trying to get this plugin to work. The suggested help was to use a server process via WP CLI – even this didn’t work. Newsletter signups stopped working from one day to another. Now all customers didn’t get their opt-in emails and we’ve lost thousands of Euros in revenue.

    Even though syncing products and orders to MC is a desirable feature, we had to switch to another plugin that simply allows newsletter signups. At least this way we don’t lose our customers.

    @nilsschwarz thanks for taking the time to review the plugin. I’m not seeing your username attached to any support tickets with the plugin at all – can you please provide the links so we can diagnose further? We would be more than happy to help if you would give us the chance.

    You’re correct in the fact that other plugins are doing very simple things like subscribing someone to Mailchimp – and if that’s all you require that’s perfectly fine.

    Our plugin is designed to tie the knot between your woo store and your Mailchimp audience for proper segmentation with order history, products purchased etc. These features are very powerful so I would argue it’s worth the effort to get your store connected.
