I have in this location the file – “/wp-content/uploads/GeoLite2-Country.mmdb”
WooCommerce see the file. But I have the message box – “Unable to install the GeoIP database. You can download it from maxmind.com and upload it manually to //wp-content/uploads/GeoLite2-Country.mmdb. Read more.” all the time. I tried switch off, but after refresh website I see the message again…

    Hi,
thanks for your feedback. Could you check if the WooCommerce system Report displays the same message (at Database section)?

    Hi,
Can you hide the previous message: “The MaxMind GeoIP Database does not exist…Click here to install now” by clicking on “x” button.?

Yes, I’m trying a hundred times. And after refresh I have message box again…

“Unable to install the GeoIP database. You can download it from maxmind.com and upload it manually to //wp-content/uploads/GeoLite2-Country.mmdb. Read more.”

    Hi,
the message “Unable to install the GeoIP database…” only should display when you click on the link “Click here to install the MaxMind GeoIP Database now” of the message “The MaxMind GeoIP Database does not exist….”

You can dismiss the message “The MaxMind GeoIP Database does not exist….” by clicking on the “x” button instead of click on the link “install the MaxMind GeoIP Database now”

Like I wrote, I tried switch off the message box, I’m cliking ‘x’ and the message box is closing, but when I refresh the website the message box show again, and again….

I’m sorry, but I do not understand the issue properly.

What message can not you hide?
“The MaxMind GeoIP Database does not exist…” or “Unable to install the GeoIP database…”?

They are two different messages, you should be able to hide the first message by clicking on the “X”.

If you can’t hide the first message, Could you check your PHP error log (Your hosting provider can provide it to you)?

    Thank you in advance.
