 * Nothing happens when I submit a new plugin at [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/add/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/add/)
 * When my friend submits a plugin, the name and description of the plugin shows
   at the top of the page with his user name.
 * I’ve tried two different plugins. Any suggestions?
