 * In the payment instructions (HTML) settings, the default text contains a variable
   string called {{{EXTRA_INSTRUCTIONS}}}. However, it only turns out to be “You
   may send payments from multiple accounts to reach the total required”, and I 
   can’t find the place to redefine this string.
