Support » Plugin: WP Store Locator » Can’t show more than 25 results

  • Hi,

we have 26 stores and the last one just won’t show. I unpublished a few stores and now that one shows, so i think it’s just a query limit.

In the front-end, 50 results is selected by default (25,[50],75,100), and in the backend i put 999 for locations to show. I have cleared my cache and the plugin’s cache /¬†transients as well. Is there anything i’m missing here?

    Thank-you

There’s no build in limit as to how many locations can be shown.

Can you try to increase the default search radius as well, this might be the problem.

If I zoom manually in the zone where the new location should be, i see 2 others but not that one. If I deactivate a few others it appears

Also heads up: your website is currently down.

    Can you share the URL?

if you search for the city “Malmo”, there should be 4 stores and not 2. Those 2 missing stores appear when i put a few other stores on draft.

Your site uses multiple languages? Can you make sure all 4 stores are translated to all available languages.

    Hi @tijmensmit,

yes it is multi.ingual using WPML. I had tried translating the stores which did not work, since then I have put everything as “Make ‘Store Locator’ appear as translated”, which basically shows stores in all languages, regardless of if they are translated or not. Works well until I reach 25 stores, then any store after that won’t appear.

If you disable WMPL for a second, then all stores do show up?

There’s no custom code somewhere in the functions.php that would restrict the results?

    Hi @tijmensmit,

I changed the theme to twentytwenty and that did not fix the issue. Disabling WPML fixes the issue. I just opened a ticket on your website so you can check it out yourself, i added a link to this thread so you can refer to it. Please keep me posted!
