# Can’t setup imap

 * Dear admin,
 *  I just installed and setup wsdesk. I got problem on IMAP Server SSL Port for
   gmail (993). When I activate IMAP, the status will be server not found.
 * Please help me to solve that problem.

 * I just following that documentaion step by step. But still error on IMAP Server
   SSL Port 993.

 * We mean the credentials like email id and password that you enter while activating
   IMAP in WSDesk settings.
