# Can’t setup chat plugin

 * I installed the plugin but when ever I try to go through the setup I get the 
   following error:
 * “Sorry, something went wrong.
    We are working on it and we’ll get it fixed as
   soon as we can.
 * « Back to Home”

 * I think I might know what the problem is…
    I am trying to activate this via mobile

 * Hi,
    I activated the plugin and then went through the setup steps and then see
   the message about the “code” but nothing after that. (thanks for setting up the
   plugin, deploy the code…) but I don’t see any code to deploy What am I doing 
   wrong?

   You can always go back through the setup process to customize the plugin.
