    Hello there,

    I have trouble setting up my Site Kit (cannot activate account and successfully connect to my site)

    I followed all the setup steps, but when I go to Site Kit dashboard it appears “Set up Site Kit” again and again.

    I’ve already read through the forum and did the following already with no luck:

    – Uninstall and reinstall Site Kit
    – Deactivate caching plug-ins

    I believe I should post in here to get a request help link for my case? I need to activate it to access AdSense by the way.

    To dig deeply into this issue can you please share the following information:
    1. While setting up Site Kit did you encounter any error?
    2. Did you notice any console errors in browser console?
    3. To inspect your setup we need your Site Health information. You can send via form privately.

    Thank you for your response.

    Here’s the information:

    1. There’s no error messages while setting up. But when I click ‘continue’ it simply jumps back to my WP dashboard with no confirmation messages. And then it’s just like I’ve never done the setting up before at all

    2. No errors reported here

    3. Just submitted the form

    Thanks for sharing information.

    By inspecting Site Health information nothing stands out.

    What is the final URL you land on after being redirected? Is it different from your existing site URL?

    In the meantime please reset Site Kit by going to Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit & then try to setup Site Kit once more. Please see screenshot for better understanding.

    What is the final URL you land on after being redirected? Is it different from your existing site URL?

    It’s the same URL as my typical site URL.

    I also followed your instruction by resetting Site Kit. And should I try setting up again after resetting? Please advise.

    I tried setting up again but nothing changed. After clicking continue it just bounced back to my dashboard.

    Please help

    my sitekit was working good
    then i reset my wordpress complete delete all data
    and then i setup again with site kit and now it gives url not found error when i try to activate sitekit

    Thanks for informing us & helping us in debugging this issue. Can you please share the following information?

    1. Does the same occur at another site on the same hosting platform? You could setup any site from your Control Panel to test.
    2. Have you been able to setup Site Kit previously? If yes then we can ask the team to check the previous records at Site Kit service level.

    To answer the previous questions:
    1. I only have one site
    2. I still cannot set up Site Kit. Everything looks the same after the steps suggested.

    Please help.

    Can you please check browser console while setting up Site Kit? It’ll help us to debug the issue if you have any errors in browser console. You can use Imgur or Recordit to share the screenshot or recording.
