# Can't Set Up Plugin

 * I can’t set up the plugin. Under “Email solutions” and “Form” no options appear,
   it’s just a large blank gray space.
 * I’m using WPLMS theme, monkeysandmountainsmedia.com.
 * Please advise.

 * it sounds like a conflict with some other plugin.
 * Have you tried temporarily disabling all other plugins and seeing if Optin Forms
   works? You can then activate the other plugins one by one and see which one causes
   a conflict.

 * I, too, am having this same problem.
    It initially let me fill in some of the
   customizations, but then, anything I’ve changed since, will not keep. For both
   the form and email solution tabs. I’ve cleared my cache, cookies,, restarted 
   and deactivated all 5 of the other plugins, and still, nothing. It’s not even
   reloading the wordpress page once I make changes and hit save.

 * what email solution are you using? Did you follow the step-by-step instructions(
   you can see them by clicking on the question mark next to your email solution’s
   required fields)?
