Can't Set Parent Pages

    I’m trying to create a new child page and under the page attributes, the option to select the parent page is no longer there. Same issue if I try to change the parent page for pages that are already created.

    issue seems to be related to private pages. if pages are marked as public, they appear in the list just fine, however, this does still create a problem since i am in need of some of these pages remaining private.
