Support » Fixing WordPress » Can’t set header image to default suggested iamge

  • I have been working on a site using the free version of the GTL Multipurpose theme and I have run into an issue with my header image. I want to set the header image to the default image that is there when you first install the theme. I go to Customize > Banner Settings > Add Media and then select the default image under suggested. Then I save the page, but when I go the the site the header shows my last uploaded image and not the default image. Most of what I have read says that there should be a “Reset to default” button, but I can’t find it anywhere.

I have also tried downloading the image from my site files and uploading it, but it comes out very blurry compared to the original.

I am running version 4.9.5 of WordPress, version 2.0.3 of GTL Multipurpose, and hosting with Bluehost.

The site is not currently viewable to the public, but I can publish it if needed.
