Can’t send with Office 365

    For this site, https://progresslakeshore.org, the site is hosted on my server but the client uses Office 365 for email. We’re using WP mail SMTP and have all the login info correct (I can login to the webmail with the login info). For some reason though it won’t work. After doing the test option it will eventually just go to wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wp-mail-smtp&tab=test. I’ve gone through what seems like a thousand articles on the issues so I’m guessing I’m missing something simple. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I can’t really help without having an Email Test output here.

    Most likely this is your hosting company blocking external request on unusual ports (like 465/587). So it’s a good idea to consult with them. Also, incorrect server certificate file .pem might be an issue or no certificate at all. The Debug output on Email Test has more details, so you can use that with your communication with hosting support.
