Support » Plugin: Better Notifications for WP » Can’t send user set-up Password in post-registration email?

When you sign up at the link above, you’ll get an email. In WP Admin >> Notifications >> Select Notification to edit >> I included [password_url] shortcode as seen on this page:

    https://betternotificationsforwp.com/documentation/notifications/shortcodes/

The type of email I set it as is though is ‘New User Registration – For User’.

When you get the email, you’ll notice it send the WP default email. It’s incorrect. I created a custom email. Why it’s not working? I chose another template ‘New User – Post Registration Email’ For user. And it sends the custom email but does not allow the [password_url] shortcode, correct?

    Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @danielmd1,
    Thanks for your message.

So you’re saying that the ‘New User Registration – For User’ notification is set up but not sending your notification and instead is sending the default WordPress one – is that correct?
