Changed the address to the default one, but now manual emails aren’t sending at all (however test ones are okay)
Can you please send a screenshot of the error message to support@cusrev.com?
There isn’t any error, it’s even a notice, that reminder has been sent. However, it happens only for an email sent to the same domain as the shop – if changes, it’s correct. So I don’t know what’s wrong, but it’s somehow working 🙂
I am a little bit confused now. Can you please clarify are emails are being sent or not? If not, do you get any error message or you have a success message but the email doesn’t arrive?
Sure – my sender email is hello@cosmicpantry.com. When I try to send a manual reminder to kuba@cosmicpantry.com, I’m receiving a success message, but the email doesn’t arrive. However, when I’ve changed the order email to my private email – it has arrived.
I’m confused too, but seems it’s just my email problem – I will see if people start to respond

1. Does it work fine for sending to kuba@cosmicpantry.com when the sender email is feedback@cusrev.com?
2. Have you verified email hello@cosmicpantry.com with Amazon?
3. What email provider you are using for @cosmicpantry.com?
As I haven’t heard from you for a month already, I will assume that this issue is resolved. If this is not the case, please let me know.
