 * Trying to send all fields to two pre-filled custom recipients via one notification,
   and a confirmation to the sender with another. Whichever notification is first
   in the list of notifications overrides the HTML email content of the subsequent
   notification. (e.g. if ‘all fields’ is in the first notification, the custom
   recipients AND the sender all see all fields even if notification to sender has
   different html content and only 1 specific field)
 * Am I missing something?
