# Can’t select specific fields

 * Hello, I just installed the plugin but many options are disabled, check the screenshot:

 * I change template from default to simple in settings.
   When I hovered the mouse
   over these options there was no tooltip showing up. All of a sudden it came up.

 * Thank you for the update! 
   I’m glad to hear that switching the template setting
   to ‘Simple’ resolved the issue you were facing.
 * Could you please confirm if the tooltip for the ‘Template’ option did not appear
   for you initially when you hover over it? If yes, then can you please share a
   small video showing this issue? So we can check and do the necessary to improve
   this user experience.
