• Hi there,

    we have a problem when adding an order manually as we then can´t select our national parcel services anymore but instead only the international services (DHL Paket International, DHL Paket Connect or DHL Europaket (B2B). When going further it says “shipping “city” is empty” although a delivery address and billing address are correct.

    When our customers enter their data there is no problem with it and when they live in Germany it is automatically set to DHL Paket and everything works.

    As we have to add orders often manually and it used to work without a problem before, can you please help us finding a solution.

    Can you confirm that the shipping address is fully set with city and country. You should be able to create orders manually and create a label.
