Can't seem to see Plugin options

    Hi,

I am quite new to Word Press and am interested in using some Plugins to create a survey for our school website.

I have uploaded the Plugins to our FTP area for the school but can’t seem to see on the tool options in WordPress where Plugin ‘live’.

    Many thanks,

    Jay Dog

Are you sure that you have full admin access? Even with no plugins active, you should see a Plugins menu item in the main admin menu.

I should have full admin access, I am using 3.4.2

If I send a screen print would that help? And if so, how can I do that on this forum?

Is this a standalone WordPress site (as opposed to a wordpress.com site or a sub-site on a multisite install)?

I’m not 100% sure about that I didn’t set up the account, it was already in place before I took on this role.

Is there a way of finding out as all I want is to set up a simple survey. Is there an alternative method that doesn’t require a Plugin?
