On a new WordPress install I have created several WordPress users but they do not show up in ShiftController > Administration > Users so I cannot link them to employees. I can only see the super admin user account here.

This is also true when creating users from the ShiftController > Administration > Users screen.

    Hello,
I’m sorry for not replying sooner.

This screen, ShiftController > Administration > Users, displays the users that already have some role in ShiftController, either admin/manager or employee. So from the start, you see only the WordPress admins which are assigned automatically as ShiftController Administrator. To link a new user to a ShiftController employee, please go to ShiftController > Administration > Employees, then click Link To User Account. There you’ll have the list of all WordPress users so you’ll be able to choose one.

I hope it helps, please let me know if it works for you.
